University Studies 100
Foundations for College Success and Lifelong Learning
Our freshman seminar builds a strong foundation for college success and lifelong learning. Each section of University Studies 100 corresponds with one of our six learning community themes, so you enroll with students that have similar interests and goals. The course is taught by a faculty member and supported by a Student Services professional and a peer mentor. University Studies 100 will help you learn important skills such as time management, learning strategies and teamwork. You will also learn how to navigate and effectively use university library resources, and get an insider's introduction to all the valuable campus resources available to you, including academic support services, recreational activities, clubs, organizations and more.
