Nonprofit Sector: Orange County (2012)
The Gianneschi Center and OneOC co-sponsored a town hall event in June 2012 exploring growth and trends in Orange County's nonprofit sector. The report documents $8.2 billion in total revenues and $16.5 billion in assets reported by 3,181 religious, educational and charitable nonprofits for the year 2010, and the growth those numbers represent since the Center's last report for the year 2000.

Town Hall Report
The state of philanthropy
in Orange County in the year 2000 was the topic of a town
hall dialog presented by Cal State Fullerton's Center for
Nonprofit Sector Research on June 21, 2000. The essays contained here
attempt to report on the highlights of the dialog; taken together,
they are a reflection on the state of philanthropy as perceived
by this cross-section of informed respondents and the convened
audience.
The
First Report
The Center commissioned Cal State Fullerton's Institute for Economic and Environmental Studies to produce the first formal report on Orange County's nonprofit sector, published in 1996
using 1994-95 data.
