As part of its ongoing Program Performance Review, the new Executive Order 1033 from the Chancellor's Office, and a proposed realignment of CSUF's I-V categories to match CSU system-wide classification schemes, the GE Committee is considering revisions to the GE Learning Goals which consititute UPS 411.201.

Based on input from the GE Forum and continuing conversations with the campus community, the General Education Committee has completed revisions to the draft version of its proposed changes to UPS 411.201. We believe these changes have strengthened the proposed learning goals. Equally important, the proposed changes bring our campus GE program into alignment with CSU system-wide patterns and with Executive Order 1033, while not changing the distribution of GE-generated FTES throughout the university.
