The Guardian Scholars program was created to acknowledge the
accomplishments of students who have left the foster care system and
were wards of the court. These students who have overcome
substantial obstacles in pursuit of their education are rewarded
with a generous scholarship that covers their educational expenses
including fees, housing and books. More than just a scholarship,
this program provides advising and mentoring to help ensure that
these students will achieve their academic potential.
