A valid permit must be displayed during enforcement hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 10:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Special parking areas such as loading zones, loading docks, special permit areas, disabled zones, red zones, and all other regulations per the California Vehicle Code, are enforced seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
Vehicle and motorcycle semester permits are available at Student Financial Services located in University Hall 180. Campus parking and traffic regulations are available at the Parking & Transportation Services website, www.parking.fullerton.edu.
Parking Permits
Student parking is available in the Nutwood and State College structures as well as lots A, E, G and S. Cars parked without the proper hang tag will be ticketed. Parking permits are not transferable. If the permit is lost or stolen, report it immediately to Parking & Transportation Services. Use of a permit previously reported as lost or stolen carries a fine and the permit will be retrieved from your vehicle and confiscated.
Daily Permit Parking
A daily permit may be purchased for $5 from the daily permit machine at or near each entrance of Lots A, E and G. The daily permit must be displayed face up on the left side of the dashboard. The permit is valid only on the date of purchase.
Motorcycles and Mopeds
Motorcycles and mopeds must display a current permit on the rear fender. Motorcycles parked outside designated areas or without a daily/valid permit will be ticketed. Motorcycles should not be parked in parking spaces designated for vehicles.
Visitor Parking
Parking for visitors is designated by green painted curbs or signs indicating “30 Minute Visitor Parking”. Parking is limited to 30 minutes Monday - Friday. Visitors who need to park longer than 30 minutes should obtain a daily permit.
Disabled Persons Parking
Parking & Transportation and Disabled Student Services cooperate in administering an extensive disabled parking program. For further information regarding permanent and temporary disabled parking, contact Disabled Student Services at (657) 278-3117 or stop by University Hall 101.
Bicycles and Skateboards
Bicycles must be parked in bicycle racks when not in use. Bicycles are not permitted in buildings or elevators, nor can they be ridden in the quad area. Violation of the university bicycle regulations may result in a citation or impoundment of the bicycle. Skateboards, roller-skates, bicycles and scooters are not allowed on campus walkways, unless otherwise marked, in order to provide for the safety of students on campus.
Exemption Procedures
If you inadvertently leave your permit in your other vehicle, notify Parking and Transportation Services immediately after you park. If your car is ticketed after you have called, bring the parking ticket to Parking and Transportation Services within 21 days for assistance. You may also contest parking tickets on-line at the Parking & Transportation Services website.
Alternative Transportation

Plus, Metrolink monthly pass holders can now board Amtrak trains! If you are unsure about the Metrolink, try it for free. Visit Parking & Transportation Services for more details.
