Mail Forwarding Request Form


Moving off campus? Please complete the Mail Forwarding Request Form before you check out to ensure uninterrupted mail service. We will forward your mail for sixty days. After this period, mail will be returned to sender. Please notify your family, friends, and companies you do business with of your new address.

  • We can forward first-class USPS mail only. We are not able to forward UPS, FedEx, DHL or other common carrier delivered packages. If you have accidentally sent a package to your campus address, the package will be returned to sender.
  • Magazines and newspapers cannot be forwarded. Please contact these vendors directly to update your address.
  • Mail cannot be forwarded to addresses outside the United States.
  • Mail cannot be forwarded to another student’s mail box on campus.
