Meet the Staff
|
Director of Housing and Residence Life:
Fred Lipscomb. Fred is responsible for the overall direction of the program, including all phases of on and off campus housing services, summer conferences and workshops. Fred's office is in the Holly building.

Associate
Director of Housing- Residence Life: Sharnette Underdue.
Sharnette is responsible for the development
and delivery of services and programs which produce a residential
experience that ensures the well-being and personal development
of residents. Sharnette also serves as the advisor to the
Resident Student Association (RSA). Sharnette's office is located in the Holly building.

Associate Director of Housing - Administration and Finance: Has direct responsibility for the administrative services of the Housing program. Directs all activities related to finance and budget, resident data and data analysis, client relations, and administrative support services. Is the program administrator responsible for marketing, housing application processes, contracting, billing, and administrative office staffing.

Associate Director of Housing- Conference & Dining Services: Drew Chesen. Drew is responsible for overseeing the residential dining operation in The Gastronome and Late Night Dining Cafe. He ensures the dining staff is providing quality dining services and special events to meet the needs and desires of the residents. Drew serves as the advisor for the food committee. In addition, he manages the summer conference program which provides housing and dining services for various camps and programs.

Associate Director of Housing- Facilities Maintenance & Planning: Robert Brobst III. Robert has major responsibility
for the management and supervision of the physical planning and development of the
campus residential community and its property. Responsibilities include supervision
of custodial, grounds and maintenance staff, maintenance of facilities and property
of the on campus residential facilities.
Robert's office is in the
Cypress Holly Building.

Community Coordinators: Terrie Tran, Juan Tinoco, Derrick Wise, Frankie Velasquez, and Tracy Patton. The Residential
Community Coordinators are full-time,
live-in professional staff members. Trained in counseling
and administration, they are prepared to assist students with
concerns which might affect their personal or academic life.
The Residential Community Coordinators
also supervise the Resident Advisor (RA) staff, administer
the day to day operation of the Resident Advisor office, serve as liaisons
to other University offices, and serve as the advisor to the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH). Terrie and
Jason’s offices are
both located in the
Cypress
building.

Central Office Staff: Adriane Wilson and Teri Brissae. Adriane leads the administrative staff in the service to our students and constituents. Teri works in Housing Administration office, providing administrative support to the professional staff. The Central Office staff are located in the Holly building.

staff maintains the buildings, makes repairs from work orders, responds to physical
plant emergencies and keeps the complex in good working order.
