About the conference


The International Conference of COMPUTING in Engineering, Science and Informatics (ICC2009), with a segment in Computing Engineering Management is a world networking forum that aims to provide a scientific forum for researchers in the emerging area of Computing to present their results, develop new ideas and interact with other researchers.

The scope of the conference, which is technically organized by an inter-university faculty committee and co-sponsored by an International scientific committee of faculty from leading universities, in collaboration with IEEE, ACM, California Academy of Science and Research, Microsoft, SUN Microsystems, IBM is to provide a vehicle for interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers and engineers in related fields as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Science, Information Technology, Computing Education, Bio-informatics, Entrepreneurship and Management of new technologies.

All papers will be peer-reviewed. The accepted full papers will then be included in the Proceedings published by the Computer Society of the IEEE.
