Letter Request Form

Here is a list of the letters that you can request from the IEE Office:

	Maintaining Status F visa		Enrolling at another school
	Maintaining Status J visa/Enrollment Verification		Verifying OPT/CPT status
	Verifying military enrollment		Verifying OPT application
	Verifying educational expenses
	Invitation for relatives — Graduating Student; Full-time Student
	Visa renewal — Student on F/J visa; Student on OPT; Returning Student

In order to request a letter, please complete the required information in the form below and click on "Submit Form." Once you submit your request, you will receive an email confirmation telling you that your request was received. Depending on the type of letter and the current request workload, processing of your request may take 3-5 business days.
