International Student Check-In

Upon arrival at California State University Fullerton, all new and transfer international students (F-1 and J-1 students) must check-in with the Office of International Education & Exchange, located in University Hall, room 244.

Check-In Information for Spring 2013

Dates:  Thursday, January 10 to Friday, January 11;
               Monday, January 14 to Friday, January 18;
               Tuesday, January 22 to Wednesday, January 23;
              (no check-in's on Saturdays & Sundays and January 21st)
Time:  10 a.m. to 12 p.m.   and   2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Location:  University Hall, Room 244

Time: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.   and   2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: University Hall, Room 244

Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday

Required Documents

In addition to reporting to the Office of International Education & Exchange, students must also submit the following original documents:

1. Passport (pages showing your name, photo and the expiration date)
2. I-94 Departure Record Card
3. I-20 (F-1 student only) or DS-2019 (exchange students on J-1 visa only)

Transfer Students-submit a copy of your previous school I-20 and all the documents listed above (1-3).
