In order to be signed up for OPT Part 2, you must have attended OPT Part 1 and have submitted your OPT Request packet (OPT request form with Form I-765) to the IEE Office, University Hall-Room 244. Please note that once you submit your OPT Request packet, no changes on OPT start and OPT end dates will be made.

What Happens at OPT 2:
At the Part 2 session, you will receive your OPT I-20 and the Form I-765. Although not required, we strongly encourage you to bring other documents that need to be included with your OPT application for the IEE Advisor's review (please refer to your OPT checklist). Because space in OPT 2 is limited, please call the IEE Office at 714-278-2787 if you cannot attend, so that your space can be given to another student.
