Disability Support Services (DSS)
TEST PROCTORING HOURS (CSUF IRVINE CENTER)
Students enrolled in a class at CSUF Irvine Center outside the text proctoring hours will need to arrange a test time with the instructor, or schedule to take the exam at the Fullerton campus in the DSS office. Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Contact the Student Success Center (IRVC-115) or firstname.lastname@example.org for additional support.
Applying for Services
All accomodations are determined by the Fullerton Campus DSS office. CSUF Irvine Center will implement accomodations as prescribed by your DSS counselor.
Federal and state law requires all applicants seeking services as a student with a disability to supply the university with appropriate documentation verifying the nature of the disability and extent of the related functional impairment.
Accommodations and disability related services can be provided to any undergraduate, graduate, international, Open University & University Extended Education student with appropriate documentation of their disability and an Application for Services submitted to the Office of Disability Support Services.
After you complete and submit the Application for Services and documentation, it can take one to two weeks for DSS to contact you about the status of your application. If you qualify for services, Disability Support Services will send you a New Student Email to your campus or personal email with further instructions.
