Academic Advisement
New Transfer Students Admitted for Fall 2011
Enrolling in Classes at IRVC
The Irvine Campus provides advisement for new transfer students during a small group Academic Advisement Seminar (AAS). However, if you are a student enrolled in Mihaylo College of Business & Economics Students, click here. All other students are encouraged to attend an AAS and receive access to advisement services, assist in your understanding of the Titan Degree Audit (GE, major, electives), graduation requirements, schedule planning, campus tour and online registration. These small group sessions are held in a computer classroom so that each student has access to real time academic information. Individualized advisement materials are prepared and given to each student. There is no charge for the Academic Advisement Seminar; however, we do ask that you reserve your place so that we may prepare advisement materials.
To begin Registration for the Academic Advisement Seminar, go to the AAS registration page.
NOTE:
Before attending an AAS at the Irvine Campus, please make sure you have submitted transcripts to CSUF even if work is in progress. You may submit "unofficial transcripts" to IRVC Student Affairs by Fax: 657-278-1659 . You may have a registration hold until all required official documents are submitted to CSUF Admissions and Records. If you have questions about the AAS registration process, please email irvineadvsior@fullerton.edu
