Web Update Page

Use this page to request content updates on your web site only if you have an account on our development/test server (webcert) and your site is hosted on www.fullerton.edu. Sites hosted on the campus web server have the following naming convention: www.fullerton.edu/sitename.

After you fill out the form, the Web Team staff will transfer your files to the campus web server and you will receive an automatic email response when your request is completed.

Note - This application is supported for Internet Explorer only.

To sign on to the Web Update application follow this link. You will be prompted for your Username and Password.

You will see the logon box below:

User Name: your username, e.g.: jsmith

Password: your network password

Note: All pages must meet ADA 508 standards for accessibility before they can be posted. You can test individual pages using the "Cynthia Says" utility.

Do not request updates to the production web site unless they pass AccVerify testing.

 

The entire web server will be scanned once each month and produce a list of all web pages which fail to pass 508 testing. In the event a University administrative web site is not fully compliant, the developer of the web site, and the appropriate administrators, will be provided a copy of the report.
