Scheduled Maintenance

Titan Online Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on Titan Online Services: Class Search, Student Center, Faculty Center, Titan Degree Audit, Student Administration, Human Resources and Employee Self-Service on Thursday February 26th, 2015, from 7:00pm until 10:00pm. These services will be unavailable during this time.

CSU – Office of Chancellor Maintenance

CSU – Office of Chancellor is performing infrastructure maintenance on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 7:00am to 1:00pm. Intermittent outages can be expected to CSYou, Accessible Technology Collaboration Website, eTravel, Exchange Online, Kivuto, RSAM, SAS, SHI International, Skillport, Careers, CSU Portal, Data Warehouse, CFS, CO HR, Prequalified Architects, International Programs and CAM during the above mentioned time frame. The CSU-Fullerton service impact might be mainly on CSYou, Skillport and Finance (CFS).

Wireless Infrastructure Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on the Student Housing Wireless on Thursday February 19, 2015, from 10:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.  Housing wireless users will experience intermittent network disruption.

Titan Online Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on Titan Online Services: Class Search, Student Center, Faculty Center, Titan Degree Audit, Student Administration, Human Resources and Employee Self-Service on Thursday February 19th, 2015, from 7:00pm until 10:00pm. These services will be unavailable during this time.

Titan Online Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on Titan Online Services: Class Search, Student Center, Faculty Center, Titan Degree Audit, Student Administration, Human Resources and Employee Self-Service on Thursday February 12th, 2015, from 7:00pm until 10:00pm. These services will be unavailable during this time.

CFS Finance Maintenance

The Common Financial System (CFS) will not be available on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.  All access to CFS Finance will be unavailable during this time.

TitanCard Maintenance  

There will be maintenance performed on TitanCard Services on Saturday February 14, 2015, from 7:30am until 9:30am . The TitanTender deposit page will be unavailable during this time. 

Colo Infrastructure Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on the Colo Virtual Infrastructure storage on Friday January 30, 2015 from 2:00pm until 5:00pm.  Servers and services in the COLO virtual environment are not expected to have any interruption.

Wireless Infrastructure Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on the Campus Wireless Infrastructure on Thursday January 29, 2014, from 10:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.  Wireless users will experience intermittent network disruption.

Titan Online Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on Titan Online Services: Class Search, Student Center, Faculty Center, Titan Degree Audit, Student Administration, Human Resources and Employee Self-Service on Thursday January 29th, 2015, from 7:00pm until 10:00pm. These services will be unavailable during this time.

CFS Finance Maintenance

The Common Financial System (CFS) will not be available on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.  All access to CFS Finance will be unavailable during this time.

LH Building Emergency Network Maintenance

Due to a faulty UPS, the network team will change the main LH building UPS on Monday January 12th, 2015, from 5:30pm until 6:00pm. All network services (www, email, wireless, etc) will be unavailable during this time.

Titan Online Extended Maintenance Window

The TITAN Online Student and Human Resources System is scheduled to have a mandatory quarterly maintenance pack applied on 01/15/2015.  The TITAN Online system will be unavailable to all faculty, staff, and students, including Student Center and Faculty Center, during the scheduled maintenance window.  This is a mandatory maintenance update that the CMS team at the Chancellor’s Office requires our campus to apply to our PeopleSoft system.

When?

The TITAN Online Student Administration and Human Resources System will be unavailable Thursday January 15th from 6pm to 12 Midnight .

What’s required of me?

During the maintenance window, all access to the following services will be unavailable: Student Center, Faculty Center, Titan Degree Audit, and Employee Self-Service. 

Please plan accordingly for this downtime.

TitanCard Maintenance  

There will be maintenance performed on TitanCard Services on Saturday January 10, 2015, from 7:30am until 9:30am. The TitanTender deposit page will be unavailable during this time.

These services will be unavailable during this time.

COLO VMware

We are implementing additional storage arrays into the existing production storage group to increase disk capacity for the COLO VMware environment on January 6, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Servers and services in the COLO VMware environment are not expected to have any interruption.
