Campus IT Security Committee This committee generally meets on the third Tuesday of every month. Their purpose is to:
- Address campus network security issues
- Plan appropriate technical safeguards to protect information and resources

Techs
The Campus Techs meet approximately once a month to discuss upcoming releases and network wide changes. Membership is open to Unit 9 employees with unit/department approval; members must provide an after hours contact number as well as a list of domains, workstations and servers that they administer. Membership benefits include:
- Advance Consultation
- Escalated Service
- HD After Hours Line
- OU Rights in AD/ACAD Domains
- DL-Campus Tech Membership
- Software Licensing Consultation
- Elevated Rights on Rollout Workstations**
- Exemption from some computing restrictions**

Campus
Techs Admin
Members of the campus tech admin list are department chairs or campus MPP's who campus techs have provided as additional notification contacts as part of the network device registration. Typically these individuals represent the next level in their reporting relationship. In case campus techs are unavailable for system disconnection or other urgent network news the Campus Tech Admin contacts are notified.

Department Information
Technology Coordinators (DITC)
DITC is an acronym for Department Information Technology Coordinator.
The DITCs perform a critical role as liaisons between Information
Technology and campus departments.

Rollout Committee
This committee generally meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month. Their purpose is to:
- Enhance effectiveness of faculty and staff (and to a lesser degree, students) through the use of technology
- Participate in selection of hardware and software for rollout
- Plan workstation refreshes and redeployments
- Serve as forum for campus concerns and needs related to rollout
- Provide suggestions for ongoing campus wide technology training

SIS+
Working Group
The SIS+ Integration Committee is a holdover from the SIS+ implementation in 1994 and continues to meet monthly to discuss issues of common interest. The membership consists of high-level SIS+ functional users from Admissions & Records, the Scheduling Office, Student Financial Services, Financial Aid, Extended Education and key SIS+ technical staff.
Web
Developers
An informal group of those who are responsible for developing official campus web pages.
The group meets several times a year to discuss current issues. To join this group, contact Jim Powell.

Presence
This group generally meets the second Tuesday of every other month. The group's purpose is to:
- Guide the general architecture, look
and feel of the university's web pages, including the home
page
- Address broad campus portal and web
site issues
