What exactly is Titan Internet Access?
Titan Internet Access is your CSUF Internet service provider. Offering convenient local Dial up access services to the World Wide Web at speeds of up to 57,600 Kbps as well as providing support for ISDN.

Do I need Titan Internet Access to have email?
As long as you are a staff, faculty or student at Cal State Fullerton, you will be provided a free email account regardless of whether or not you are a Titan Internet Access subscriber.

Does Titan Internet Access support ISDN and/or Cable modems?
Titan Internet Access currently supports single channel ISDN which can connect you at 64k.We do not support full duplex ISDN or Cable Modems.

What about Hardware requirements?
You will need a desktop or portable computer, with a working modem, and an active telephone line. Titan Internet Access minimum hardware requirements may be found online by viewing the installation instructions.

When and how long can I use Titan Internet Access?
As long as you are a subscriber, you can use Titan Internet Access. It is accessible 24-hours a day. However, preventative maintenance will be performed on occasion, making the network inaccessible for brief periods of time.

Are there limits to how long I can use my Titan Internet Access subscription?
You may use your Titan Internet Access account in blocks of 4 hours. After 4 hours, you will be logged off your account automatically. However, you may immediately log back on to utilize your Titan Internet Access account. If your account is inactive for 1 hour, you will be logged off.
