Department IT Coordinator (DITC) Online Training

Course Pre-requisites: Must be designated as a DITC for your department. Contact telecom@fullerton.edu to be designated as a DITC.

Course Availability: Online

Upon completion of this course, the user will know:

  • How to log in to the IT Service Catalog Request Form application
  • How to order various IT service and products using the application
  • How to get help with the IT Service Catalog Request Form application

Telesoft Billing System Access Training

Course Pre-requisites: Must have requested access to Telesoft billing system. Contact telecom@fullerton.edu to get access.

Course Availability: Classroom

Registration: IT Service Catalog Request Form under Other Services > Telesoft Training.

Upon completion of this course, the user will know:

  • How to log in to the Telesoft billing system
  • How to query the system to view individual users and extensions/devices
  • How to run reports and queries for department-level usage and transactions

DITC Open Lab

About: This open lab is intended as a forum for existing Department IT Coordinators (DITCs) to ask any questions about the IT Service Catalog Request Forms or other DITC-related processes and procedures.

Pre-requisites: Must be designated as a DITC for your department. Contact telecom@fullerton.edu to be designated as a DITC.
