Welcome to Project M.I.S.S.!
The Mathematics Intensive Summer Session, or MISS, seeks to assist college bound young women to enhance their mathematics skills. The long-term goal of the program is to increase the population of female students who choose careers in natural sciences, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
This year's four-week commuter program begins Tuesday, July 5, 2016 and ends Friday, July 29, 2016. Students will attend six hours of mathematics class daily, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Meals, books, materials, and supplies are provided at no cost to the student. Every first-time MISS student who completes the program will receive a free graphing calculator.
