Strategic Plan

CSUF faculty, staff, and administrators are committed to helping all CSUF students to reach their full potential. We realize that for the African American Male student population that we must be intentional in our approach and in the services that we offer. TheMSI Program fits well with GOAL 2 of the CSUF Strategic Plan : Improve student persistence, increase graduation rates University-side, and narrow the achievement gap for underrepresented students. Our program will utilize High Impact Practices (HIP) in order to ensure that the program is not only rigorous but aligns well with the University’s strategic plan.
