Register by July 8. Registration form.
Open the registration form (requires Adobe 6.0 or better).
Fill in the form online in Adobe > SAVE the form with your entries > and PRINT (or print a blank form and fill in by hand).
Fax to (657) 278-7459 or mail the form (address on form).
Payment by check requires mailing registration form.
Registration required for all sessions.
Participants must complete a registration form in order to attend ANY class. Enrollment is open.
Choose any day or days you want to register for -- from just 1, to all 5!
Minimum attendance is 1 full day. No split, shared, or half-day registrations.
Changes and Cancellations. We want to ensure the best possible experience for attendees and instructors. Because they are labor-intensive and incur transaction costs for processing, changes to your schedule are discouraged -- but every attempt will be made to accommodate them as needed.
Change fee: No fee to change schedule by Friday, July 5. After July 5, fee is $25.
Cancellation fee: $25 cancellation fee up to Friday, July 5. After July 5, cancellation fee is 50% of total registration fee. Or, you may transfer your registration fee to another attendee and his/her class selections (change fee applies).

Proceeds from this professional development event support the Gianneschi Fellowships in Nonprofit Leadership, which provide paid summer work experience for newly-graduated CSUF baccalaureates who intend to pursue a career in the nonprofit sector, with additional support to their nonprofit host sites. The 2013 fellowship will be hosted by Families Forward.
