NSM student Philip Trammell was born on August 4, 1992 at the Lakewood Regional Medical Center in Lakewood, California. Philip grew up in Garden Grove and Yorba Linda, CA with his dad, mom, older sister and younger brother. Philip graduated from El Camino Real High School in 2010. After taking a year off to refocus, Philip attended Fullerton College. He proudly transferred to California State Univ
ersity, Fullerton in Fall 2016. Philip was working towards a degree in Biology, aspiring to be a Physician’s Assistant when he, sadly, had to pull out of school in April 2017 due to the onset of cancer. Philip battled bravely for months until tragically, Philip lost his life on July 31, 2017, four days before his 25th birthday.
Philip was a beautiful, loving, and caring young man. He was absolutely brilliant, had an incredibly funny sense of humor, and was a talented guitar player and musician. Philip was dearly loved and will be missed by many of his family and friends across the country.
