The NSM ICC is currently accepting applications for the NSM ICC Director of Administration and Events Coordinator!
Director of Administration (Appointed Position)
The Director of Administration attend all meetings of the organization.
The Director of Administration records the minutes of all meetings of the association and shall submit copies of the minutes to all interested association members. They shall also act as Historian of the association and maintain all records of the association. They shall be responsible for organizational correspondence and keep copies of all correspondence on file. The Director of Administration’s duties shall include general advertising for NSM-ICC, event flyer distribution, maintaining the council’s website, and checking the council’s main email regularly. There shall be no requirement that the Director of Administration also be a voting member of the Assembly, however, Assembly membership shall not disqualify candidacy for this position.
Events Coordinator (Appointed Position)
The Events Coordinator shall attend all meetings of the organization. They must keep the event calendar updated and help improve the transparency of events held by the ICC and its clubs. They shall be responsible for the success of NSM-ICC’s events. The Events Coordinator duties shall include general advertising for NSM-ICC. This includes designing and distributing event flyers, maintaining and checking the council's social media accounts, regularly checking the association's email, and collaboration with active clubs on the council to create multi-disciplinary events. The Events Coordinator is expected to get blueprinted in order to make reservations on campus on behalf of the council. This officer shall also assist with other NSM-ICC events and activities such as retreats, socials, and outreach.
