Executive Chef Dean Weitz


Chef Dean Weitz has been passionate about food for many years. Classically French trained, he has studied under the best from Black Hat Chef Pierre Bitterer, Jacques Maximin, Bruno Cirino, and Jean Marie Pugnet and has attended the California Culinary Academy.

Throughout Chef Dean’s career he has worked at world-renowned venues like The Ritz Carlton, The Registry, Le Meridian, The Four Seasons, The Fairmont Hotels, The Surf and Sand, Roy’s, The Yankee Tavern, Deans Lake Okoboji, Montage Beverly Hills and Montage Laguna Beach.

For over 10 years Chef Dean has owned his own catering Company, Deans Exclusive Catering, and has been the chef for Special Olympics Orange County for over 7 years.

With an extensive background and impeccable culinary skills, Chef Dean Weitz can custom design, coordinate, and perfect any event or menu.
