After Attending Orientation

Attending New Student Orientation (NSO) is just the first step in becoming a Titan.  There are many other resources to help you be a successful Titan, inside and outside of the classroom.

Attend Weeks of Welcome

CSUF wants to welcome you to campus with Titan Weeks of Welcome (WOW).  Each semester begins with information booths throughout the campus during the first week.  Additionally, Days of Discovery, highlights our diverse student organizations, leadership opportunities and campus services.  The Days of Discovery occur the second week of the semester.

Seek out Tutoring and Learning Assistance

Cal State Fullerton is committed to your academic success.  Visit any of our Learning Assistance Centers to receive free tutoring and academic resources.

Get Involved

All students are encouraged to get involved on campus.  Being an involved student can help you connect with your campus, make more friends and enhance what you are learning in the classroom.  There is a diverse range of opportunities (cultural, religious, major based, social, leadership, and many more).

To learn more, log into your portal and click on the ‘Get Involved’ tab.

Seek out Academic Advisement

You will want to get academic advisement every semester.  Remember that you will need to visit the Academic Advisement Center in University Hall 123 for General Education advising. You will also want to visit your major department for major advising.
