This
policy guide explains the correct use of Cal State Fullerton's
seal and logotype, outlines the process of producing publications,
and offers stylistic suggestions. The policies regarding the use
of the seal and logotype apply to all university units.
Many
persons become acquainted with the university through printed
material: letters, brochures, publications, business cards, posters
and other pieces. The image the university projects through these
avenues of communication must be clear, forceful and memorable.
These designs include a variety of type styles and an absence
of coordinated graphics.
Standards
for the use of the symbol were developed by designers, editors
and public information personnel. Adherence to these standards
will help assure the success of the university's identity program.

A printed version of this style guide entitled "Graphic Standards
& Publications; Policy and Style Manual" is available
through the Public Affairs & Government Relations.)
