The Transfer Process in a Period of Declining Budgets (Attached)
Attached is a report of the working committee established at the October 28 Summit Meeting. The report addresses the issue of students who are disenrolled at CSU campuses due to need for additional remediation and the issue of alternatives for transfer students seeking admission to impacted CSU programs.

CAL Pass
There will be a report on a data sharing consortium in the San Diego region and possible implications to the Summit campuses. (Voiza Arnold and Andy Howard, Rio Hondo)

Review of Summit Vision Statement (Attached)
The work of the Summit in large part has been guided by a Statement of Vision adopted in June 1998. Summit members may wish to review this statement and its applicability to present circumstances and possible future direction for Summit activities. The statement is attached.
