The College of Education at CSUF prepares more elementary and bilingual, multiple subject credential teachers than any other public university in California.


Outstanding Graduation Rate  Source

The Doctor of Education program in Educational Leadership at CSUF has graduated nearly 79 percent of students who enroll in the program. The national doctoral graduation rate is 43 percent.

Making the Grade  Source

CSUF has the only College of Education in Orange County whose credential and graduate degree programs are accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education.


Ed.D. Leads in Diversity  Source

67.9 percent of the students receiving their degrees in May 2013 from the Ed.D. in Educational Leadership program cohort are from ethnically diverse backgrounds.

The Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology program is ranked third in the nation.




Online Graduate Programs  Source

The College offers five online master's degree programs. The programs were rated 24th overall out of 204 programs by U.S. News & World Report.



No. 1 in OC For Teacher Prep  Source

CSUF teacher preparation programs were the largest Orange County-based credential programs to graduate multiple subject, single-subject, and special education teachers in 2010-2011.
