December 7:
Holiday Blues: How to Manage the Winter Break Successfully

Winter Break can be a time of relaxation, fun, and reconnection with friends and family. However, for some students and faculty, it can also turn into a time of stress, feeling overwhelmed by family and academic responsibilities, and being apart from the friends, colleagues, and structure on campus.

This 2-hour workshop is designed to give students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to discuss common problems faced by members of the university community during school breaks, as well as to provide helpful tools, suggestions, and techniques for feeling rested, relaxed, and productive during Winter Break.
