Family PACT Services


Family PACT offers a wide range of clinical and preventative reproductive health services, in conjunction with individual client health education and counseling. Family PACT services include:


  • Basic reproductive health assessments
  • Personal and confidential care
  • Contraceptive methods and supplies
  • Cervical cancer screening (Pap) with repeated periodic follow-up exams
  • Limited male and female cancer screening
  • Treatment for urinary tract infections (women only)
  • Pregnancy testing with counseling
  • Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections
  • HIV testing and counseling
  • Preconception counseling
  • Breast and prostate cancer screening & self examination instructions
  • Limited infertility services
  • Referrals for services not covered by the program at CSUF

If you receive a prescription through the Family PACT program, you can go to any Family PACT pharmacy in California (i.e. Walgreens, Sav-On, Rite-Aid, etc.) and present your teal colored Family PACT card (Health Assessment Program Identification Card) along with your prescription. If you need a refill on your CSUF Student Health Services prescription through Family PACT, please have your pharmacy contact us at (657) 278-2800 to request your refill.
