FREE H1N1 Vaccine Clinics Wednesday, February 3rd, and Thursday, February 11th, for all CSUF Students, Faculty and Staff

 

The Student Health and Counseling Center has received more H1N1 vaccine and will have 2 more H1N1 Vaccine Clinics scheduled for Wednesday, February 3rd, and Thursday, February 11th. The clinics will be held in the TSU, Pavilion C, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. As a Campus Community Service, we are opening this to all Students, Faculty and Staff of CSUF with no restrictions other than a written recommendation from a personal physician for anyone who is pregnant.


All Students, Faculty and Staff will be REQUIRED to show a current campus ID card and know their Campus Wide ID number (CWID) in order to receive the vaccine (Your CWID can be found on your CSUF portal).


There is NO CHARGE for the vaccine and it will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
