April 10, 2009PHUN Meeting 11-12 pmThe Peer Health University Network, or PHUN, is a volunteer-based student organization that plans and implements creative and interactive health education events for the CSUF student body. PHUN meetings facilitate the active planning of events. PHUN members have complete control over their events; they come up with their own event ideas, control their own calendar of events, and have a say in every detail of every event. PHUN meetings are held every friday from 11-12 in the KHS room 108. National Alcohol Screening DayNational Alcohol Screening Day (NASD) is held nationally each year. Alcohol has quite a large impact on overall health on a national level. This National Screening day aims to encourage students to take a look at the way they use alcohol, so that they may take steps to reduce their alcohol intake if necessary. Please be on the lookout during our Health Fair for more information. |
