Pre-registration for the Chemistry Placement Exam (CPE) is required. There is no fee to take the exam. The University Testing Center, located in University Hall - room 229, must receive the CPE Registration Form by the registration deadline date.

You will be emailed a CPE Admission Ticket approximately one week after you submit your CPE Registration Form. Print your CPE Admission Ticket and bring it with you to the test.

Mail this completed form to: California State University Fullerton; University Testing Center (UH-229); P.O. Box 6830; Fullerton, CA 92834-6830.

The University Testing Center must receive the CPE Registration Form by the test registration deadline date. You will be emailed a CPE Admission Ticket. Print the CPE Admission Ticket and bring it with you to the test.

Take this completed form to the University Testing Center, located in University Hall - room 229. The University Testing Center must receive the CPE Registration Form by the test registration deadline date. You will be emailed a CPE Admission Ticket.
