** Picture ID with signature (driver's license, passport). NO admission without proper ID.

** Know your Social Security Number

** Several #2 pencils

** $36 check or money order made payable to ETS if taking both the EPT and ELM Combined Tests

**$18 check or money order made payable to ETS if taking ELM only or EPT only

**NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED

**Completed EPT-ELM Walk-In Registration Form to be found at www.fullerton.edu/testing under EPT/ELM

** Calculators are NOT allowed on the ELM.

NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES ARE ALLOWED.
