Student Employment
A Titan Fund associate is responsible for raising funds for the Alumni Giving Campaign through the generosity of Cal State Fullerton alumni, friends and parents.
You will be a part of a team that raises funds for scholarships, campus improvements, to help CSUF recruit the most talented faculty, to help keep our library and technology up to date, and more.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to get involved in supporting the value of your CSUF diploma.

You must be a CSUF student enrolled in at least 6.1 units

be available to work at least 10.5 hours (3 shifts) per week during the weekday evenings or on Sundays. The shifts run from 5:30-9:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wendesday, Thursday and there are also two shifts on Sunday 1:00-4:30 and 4:30-8:00

have good communication skills

have a positive feeling about CSUF

be reliable, dependable, and be able to handle the rights of school while maintaining a steady job
- enjoy talking to people you've never met, listening to their stories, and be able to share a bit of yourself in your calls

We start all new callers at $8.00 / hour plus bonuses. Bonuses are based on attendance and performance.

The experience a student caller gains is extremely valuable. This is an excellent job for increasing your communication skills and building your resumé. Future employees are highly interested in applicants who have excellent oral communication skills.
You will get to know many other students and enjoy the flexibility of a campus job. The job environment is very positive and energetic. Being a Titan Fund employee is an excellent opportunity for you to get involved in supporting the value of your future CSUF diploma.
