Titan Warrior Wellness

Titan Warrior Wellness is a program that provides veterans and military-connected students with individual support, activities, student peer led groups, and interactive workshops that will improve your well-being. The program offers information and resources on ten wellness pillars that students have identified as significant to their experience on campus. The goal of this program is to build positive wellness skills and assist students with their transition into CSUF and meet them where they are.

The program encourages engagement in various activities led by other military-connected students. Participation in our various activities empowers students to take positive steps toward their improving their own wellness and works to create the feeling of community our department strives for.
