Transfer Undergraduate Students
All transfer students must meet a requirement of 60 transferable semester units with a minimum average of a C (2.0) completed by the beginning of the first semester of attendance to CSUF.
Of the 60 units, you must have completed four specific General Education courses with a C or better (C- is NOT an acceptable grade):
- Oral Communication
- English Composition
- Critical Thinking
- College-level Math

First-time Freshman Students
To be considered a first-time freshman, you must have no previous college courses taken. You must submit your official high school transcripts and your SAT or ACT score.

Along with your official transcripts, you must submit your GRE, GMAT, or any other required graduate test scores. Check with your major's academic department for additional required documents or steps.
