Erin McNally ’02

An accomplished vocalist and actor, Erin McNally has been engaging theatrical audiences for years and is thrilled to once again be a part of this unique and wonderful evening, having performed in the very first Visions and Visionaries many years ago! Born and raised in Southern California, Ms. McNally has enjoyed much success in her professional career as both a performer and an educator. Armed with a B.A. in Musical Theatre from CSUF, she has played such colorful roles as Little Red in Into the Woods, Amy in Company, Lizzie in Baby and Rona in Spelling Bee. She has been a guest artist for the LA Musical Theatre Guild, and has been seen in Sweeney Todd with Amanda McBroom and “On the Twentieth Century” with Joanna Gleeson. While at CSUF, Erin traveled to Spain in the award-winning musical All That He Was, and was honored to be the soloist introducing Gen. Colin Powell at CSUF's very first Front and Center in 1996.Always up for adventure, she also entertained audiences in Skagway, Alaska as "Squirrel-Tooth Alice" in The Days of '98 Show.


 As a vocalist, Erin has performed with such greats as Kristen Chenoweth, Kenny Loggins, Patty LuPone, and Sarah Brightman. She has been a vocalist at the Hollywood Bowl for 13 years, having been a featured soloist in Showboat with Alice Ripley and Play it Again-The Movie Music of Woody Allen with Ann Hampton Callaway. She was also a main soloist for Video Games Live in 2006 and her voice can be heard on the CD and DVD of Jerry Herman's Broadway at the Hollywood Bowl, where she was one of three support vocalists. In addition to her work at the Bowl, Ms. McNally has soloed at the Arrowhead Pond, Pasadena Playhouse and the OC Performing Arts Center and was a frequent guest artist for CSUF’s Concert Under the Stars.


 Erin is enjoying much success as a concert and cabaret artist, including two sold-out performances at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts. Ever in demand, she delights audiences with her richly expressive voice and impressive vocal range. In fact, her upcoming theatre-for-young-audiences concert “Do-Re-Mi, Sing and Dance With Me!” has already sold out 3,400 seats for the Cerritos Center Friends of the Arts.


Arts Education is extremely important to Ms. McNally. When not performing, she shares her passion for acting and voice through teaching at Disneyland (for Disney Performing Arts), Tri-School Theatre, St. Juliana School and the Tony Award-winning South Coast Repertory, where she has also served as music director for numerous productions.


Erin currently resides in Placentia, CA with her husband Jeffrey, who makes every day something to sing about.


Bobby Nafarrete ’93

Bobby Nafarrete is a composer, arranger, keyboardist, music director, and MIDI-specialist. He received a Bachelor of Music degree in Commercial Composition and Arranging at CSUF, and MFA in Musical Theatre Writing at NYU/TSOA.  Bobby has worked with NBC, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Bob Hope Tribute, Coca-Cola/McDonald’s, Music of the Millennium Tour, Sea World San Diego, Cirque de La Mer (soundtrack), CSUF, CSDH, Concordia University, Cypress College, RCC, The Cerritos Center of the Performing Arts, South Coast Repertory Theatre, Newport Theater Arts, Torrance Theater Company, and Barrington Stage Company.  He currently is the Director of Music Ministry at St. Hedwig Catholic Church in Los Alamitos.
