The WorkAbility IV Program (WAIV) is a collaborative effort between California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) 
and California State Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) to provide employment services to DOR clients.

MISSION
The WAIV program is dedicated to providing students, who are registered clients of the Department of Rehabilitation, with career development tools and resources necessary to secure and retain career related employment after graduation from California State University, Fullerton.

WorkAbility IV strives to provide students/DOR clients with the necessary pre-employment services
to support the achievement of your career goals; through individual counseling appointments with career
specialist, workshops, and discussion groups.

 

ELIGIBILITY  
To participate in the WAIV program, all applicants must be: 

  • A client with the California State Department of Rehabilitation.
  • A current student or recent graduate of California State University, Fullerton.
