After Graduating from CSUF in June 1999, Matt moved from a computer
lab in Student Affairs to the Titan Help Desk. While employed at
Information Technology he has helped plan and implement several
campus projects including the campus tour and rollout/refresh. This
was accomplished alongside his phone and feild support duties and
installing computers. Now as field support lead, he keeps campus
computers running by supervising the assignment and completion of
help desk tickets. Furthermore he implemented a newer, more responsive
set of escalation schemes by integrating the use of Outlook public
folders and a proprietary ticketing system. Matt takes pride in
his work and feels his personal responsibility is to satisfy the
computer needs of Cal State Fullerton's various clients whether
it be faculty, staff, or students.
