*PDF Certification Request Form is no longer valid. All certification requests for Fall 2021 or later must be submitted through the Veterans Benefit system in the Academic Records tile of your Student Homepage. Please refer to our   How-To Guide.

If you are requesting certification for semesters prior to Fall 2021, please contact the VRC at veterans@fullerton.edu for additional instructions.

Note for Chapter 31 recipients: For your certificate of eligibility, please upload a word document or pdf listing your current VR&E counselor's name and email address. 

All VA Chapter Benefits (except Chapter 35 and 31) : Form required if adding, dropping, and/or changing majors, concentrations or minors; or if benefits were applied at another college or university

Chapter 35 Recipients : Form required if adding, dropping, and/or changing majors, concentrations or minors; or if benefits were applied at another college or university

1.  If you need a military/veteran non-resident fee exemption, please contact veterans@fullerton.edu.  If you are not sure if you qualify, you can find the conditions for the exemption at this link.
2. If you need to correct your residency or do not qualify for the exemptions above, please contact residency@fullerton.edu directly with your completed residency questionnaire.

Enrollment Verification for DEERS/Military ID/Tricare, CHAMP-VA, or Chapter Benefit Income Verification.

Request to use VA Chapter Benefits for courses at a school other than CSUF. Courses must be transferrable to CSUF degree.
