Tutorial for Instructors to Review and Acknowledge Receipt of a Student's Course Accessibility Letter (CAL)

The delivery of a DSS student's  Course Accessibility Letter (CAL) to an instructor will be completed through TITANable. When a student completes this process, his/her/their instructor will receive an email with a web link as shown in the screen capture. Follow the steps below to review and acknowledge the receipt of a letter of accommodation.

1. Click on the link in the email

2. Using your instructor campus username and pasword, log into TITANable

Select the link in the email to access the letter of accommodation

On the next page,

3. Select the correct term to display your courses

4. Click on the "View letter" link on the same row as the student you would like to view the  Course Accessibility Letter (CAL) for

Select the correct term and select the "View letter" link

On the next page,

5. Click on the "Review Html Letter" button

Select the "Review Html letter" button

At the bottom of the page,

6. Mark the checkbox and click on the submit button to acknowledge you have received and reviewed the  Course Accessibility Letter (CAL)

Mark the checkbox and select the submit button

After confirming the receipt of the  Course Accessibility Letter (CAL) , your web browser will return to the page that lists those students who sent you their  Course Accessibility Letter (CAL) .  Here, you can:

  • Review another student's  Course Accessibility Letter (CAL) (if applicable)
  • Click on the "log out" link to exit from TITANable

Select the "log out" link to exit out of TITANable
