The Residence Halls 

If you are a First-Time First-Year Student, you are eligible to live in the residence halls. The Residence Halls are designed to focus on the needs of incoming freshmen and house students in double or triple-occupancy bedrooms clustered around community bathrooms. Active rooms and study rooms are centrally located on each floor, assisting students through purposeful and immediate interaction with other community members. Residents will share their room with one or two other students and a community bathroom with eight other residents. Bathrooms consist of 2 private showers, 2 sinks, and 2 stalls. With convenient amenities and a vibrant atmosphere, the halls provide an engaging start to campus life.

The Suites 

If you are a First-Time First-Year Student or Continuing Student (Returning, Transfer, Graduate), you are eligible to live in the Suites. The Suites offer a blend of privacy and community, housing 8 students in the suite with 4 double-occupied bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a small kitchenette. Each floor features study and social spaces, while the Titan Lounge and outdoor courtyard provide areas to connect and unwind.

Single Occupancy Apartments

If you are a Continuing Student (Returning, Transfer, Graduate), you are eligible to live in the Single Apartments. Designed for independence and comfort, our apartments provide single-occupied bedrooms within a shared living space. Each apartment includes 4 single occupancy bedrooms, full kitchen, living and dining areas, two bathrooms, and a balcony or patio. These apartments offer a home-like environment within the campus community.

Double Occupancy Apartments

If you are a Continuing Student (Returning, Transfer, Graduate), you are eligible to live in the Double Occupancy Apartments. Opening in Fall 2026, this six-story, 155,000-square-foot building will add new beds to the on-campus housing community. Double apartments are designed to house four apartment-mates in double-occupied rooms, sharing a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with a kitchen and living area. The apartment area will include a laundry room, a convenience market, outdoor seating, and a courtyard nestled beside the Arboretum, offering a wellness-focused design.
