How to Submit a Work Order

Please provide a clear and detailed explanation. Along with attaching any relevant photos of the issue! This ensures that the facilities team can assess and resolve the problem more efficiently. 

Work Order Request Form

Residents are expected to submit work orders for their spaces once they become aware of the issue to keep Housing and Residential Engagement informed of facilities-related issues.

You should receive a response within 48 to 72 hours. You can submit work orders for both your bedroom and shared spaces.

Urgent Request?

If you have an urgent maintenance issue (e.g., gas leak, individual trapped in an elevator), please contact us immediately.

During Business Hours (M-F 8AM – 5PM)
