Online Self-Service Tools
Faculty, Staff and Students have access to several online self-service tools via the campus Portal. You can use this feature to contact IT Helpdesk via online chat or opening up a problem ticket directly for IT. You can also track the status of any problem tickets you have open.
To access the Online IT Help:
- Login to http://my.fullerton.edu
- Click on Online IT Help
- You will be prompted to login once more.
- Once logged in:

Faculty/Staff Wireless & Mobile Support
Faculty/Staff are able to connect to the wireless network on campus on both their laptop and smart phone device. You can also sync your campus email to your smart phone. Please refer to the following manuals for more information:

Student Email and Wireless Support
Students are able to connect to the wireless network on campus. They can also connect to network printers located in the library in order to print. Please refer to the

Remote Desktop Access (VPN) (Faculty/Staff)
In order to remotely access your computer (from home or other site off-campus), go to https://csufvpns.fullerton.edu/. After you log into the web page with your campus username and password, the wizard will walk you trough any necessary software installations and you will be able to connect to various campus network resources.
