Dr. Gofman is a Professor of Computer Science and the Director of the ECS Center for Cybersecurity. With over 13 years of experience in cybersecurity research, curriculum development, and outreach, he has made substantial contributions to the field. His research focuses on the analysis of security policies, biometrics, AI applications in biometrics, and systems security, and has been published in top-tier cybersecurity venues as well as presented at international conferences and journals. Since 2015, he has developed and coordinated the cybersecurity program at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), dedicating significant time to mentoring students outside the classroom. His commitment to teaching, research, and service has earned him many accolades throughout his career.

Dr. Gofman earned his Ph.D. from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2012 and holds the prestigious Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification.

Dr. Falkow holds a Doctorate in Policy, Planning and Development from the University of Southern California Sol Price School of Public Policy, a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, a Master of Arts in Security Studies (Homeland Defense and Security) from the United States Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security, a Master of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in mathematics also from California State University, Fullerton. He is currently pursuing his Master of science in Cybersecurity from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
