Telephone Services - Inbound Telephone Calls RESOLVED
- Status: The issue with inbound telephone calls at Fullerton and Irvine campus has been RESOLVED. All inbound calls are now being received as normal. The Telecommunications team is currently working with our vendor to determine the root cause in order to prevent future occurrence of this issue.
- Reported Issue: Users are experiencing issues receiving inbound calls to campus phones.
