Our area provides support, education, and engagement to students as an integral part of the Titan Experience through programming based on the Pillars of Excellence: Leadership, Service & Philanthropy, Community, and Scholarship.

Leadership
Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) at CSUF is a space where students can discover and strengthen their leadership skills. Members have the chance to take on meaningful roles, work with others, and make a positive impact on their chapter and campus. The FSL community encourages students to grow as leaders and leave their organizations better than they found them.
Service/Philanthropy
Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) at CSUF values the importance of giving back. Each chapter supports its own philanthropic cause and contributes to the broader community through meaningful service. By participating in these efforts, students not only make a difference for those in need but also build a stronger sense of connection, awareness, and unity within the Titan community.
Community
CSUF Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) strives to foster a sense of community and belonging to all students involved. FSL encourages every chapter to create a place of comfort and comradery for their members both within and outside of their organization. Chapters must always strive to promote a commitment to unity and interfraternalism for all of their members.
Scholarship
CSUF Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) values and respects the academic excellence of our students with an emphasis to excel inside and outside the classroom. The FSL community strives to provide academic support for all members within their chapters. It is the expectation that each chapter surpasses the all university GPA average and promotes academic success.
