Athletics Academic Services (AAS) proudly serves all 350+ Division I Varsity NCAA student-athletes.

MISSION STATEMENT

We empower our student-athletes to excel academically, develop strong character, and thrive as future leaders. Through a student-centered approach, we foster a collaborative environment that celebrates teamwork and service-excellence. Additionally, we work to educate our student-athletes on NCAA and Institutional compliance eligibility;  provide essential life skills; foster a spirit of adaptability to navigate academic challenges, and provide resources to achieve timely graduation.

Spring 2025 Deadlines

  • 5/9 -Last day of classes
  • 5/10 - 16 - Semester examinations
  • 5/19 - 22 - Commencement exercises

  • 5/09 - Last day of class instruction.
  • 5/10 - 5/16 - Semester examinations.
  • 5/23 - Grades due by noon.
    Effective date of graduation for those completing requirements.
    Spring 2025 grades available in Titan Online > Student Homepage, as processed.

Reminder: All changes should be checked with your AAS counselor

  • Semester Exams - May 10 - 16th (with the last day of classes being May 9th)
  • Commencement - May 19 - 22
    • Commencement Schedule
    • Graduates must register in order to get tickets April 1-23
    • Cap and Gown - pick up for the bookstore, on the athletics list
  • Intercollegiate sport grades are DUE 5/23:to submit grades -
  • Freshman New Student Orientation is Monday, June 23rd
