Acclaimed Spanish guitarist Margarita Escarpa holds awards from competitions both in her native Spain and beyond. She won top prize in school and continued her success with two national and eight international awards. Top honors include the International “Andrés Segovia” Competition and the Guitar Foundation of America’s Solo Guitar Competition. A CSUF favorite, she returns to the series after previous sold-out performances.
